Photo’s from John’s mother’s (Martha Carnes Spain) side of the family; Parents Fred Carnes and Nannie McMillan Carnes, brother William Carnes and sisters Mary (Leola), Ruth, Betty, Margarite and Norma (and Fredna, who died in infancy).
Featured picture is the McMillan family taken around 1900. We believe the youngest two girls are John’s grandmother Nannie McMillan and her sister Johnnie.
