John traveled to Costa Rica for work in 2002. After his work was done, he took a week of vacation there. Janet flew down to join him and they spent a great time visiting Arenal volcano and spent a day at Tabacon hot springs nearby and stayed at Montaña de Fuego resort where we watched the volcano spewing lava during the night out the picture window in our cabin. We also stayed at Los Suenos Marriott resort at the beach in Playa Herradura, and toured San Jose and the Costa Rican countryside.
